Postpartum Disposable Underwear

Filocia Disposable Postpartum underwear is designed for comfortable recovery after delivery, whether you've had a normal (vaginal) delivery or a C-section. These high-absorbency maternity panties manage postpartum bleeding (lochia) and heavy period flow, quickly locking away fluid to keep you dry and fresh day and night. An elasticated waistband and leak guards provide 360° leak protection, while the soft, breathable, cloth-like fabric is gentle on sensitive skin after childbirth. With a built-in absorbent pad, there's no need for separate maternity pads, so you get less bulk and no shifting. Individually packed for hygiene, these disposable maternity pants are a must-have for your hospital bag, diaper bag, or travel, and ideal for new moms looking for reliable post-delivery care.
